Hello, central coast!
We recently expanded our delivery suburbs to include more suburbs on the Central Coast. This was in part because there was demand, but also because we really just love it there. At The Posy Post, we’ve always been about making people’s day through beautiful, affordable posies and now our tribe of day makers are reaching more suburbs than ever before! To say we are excited would be an understatement!
Why the Central Coast?
Traveling to the Central Coast, affectionately known to locals as the “Coast”, feels like a vacation. The coast, filled with city escapees, is a haven for anyone creative or in pursuit of a balanced lifestyle. There are boroughs of vintage shopping, cute cafes, local artist wall murals and high-end fashion labels. For us, it’s a nice reminder that all you need is a few hours, a towel and Google’s fastest route to the ocean.

Since we consider ourselves pretty much Central Coast locals now, we’ve compiled a list of places to go on your next visit to the beachside destination. Us Posy Post girls are all about finding a nice spot to enjoy a bite to eat, a good coffee (or cocktail) and a little shopping spree.

CAFE:
Glee Coffee Roasters, Wyong
Like Minds, Avoca
Modern Organic, Long Jetty (delicious smoothies and yoga studio!)
DRINKS & DINNER
The Savoy, Long Jetty. This old cinema airs reruns of Tarantino classics & the occasional chick flick. Have you ever said no to pizza, popcorn and cocktails while you watch an old film?
Bamvino, Erina Heights. Pizza, pasta, wine. Need we say more?
Bells at Killcare - This one is a little ritzy, so don’t show up in your Birkenstocks! If you’re making a day of it, book in for a massage and then enjoy their a la carte menu. Tuesday night is locals night, which is always packed. The set menu is a win!
Motel Mezza, Wyong. This social bar boasts Mediterranean inspired food designed for sharing.
BAKERY:
Flour and Co, Toowoon Bay
Green Tangerine, Long Jetty. See the famous Long Jetty wall, wander around the shops and browse the vintage records across the road.
Flowerseekers in Bloom, Wamberal
SHOP:
Plain Janes, Long Jetty
Dapper Darlings, Long Jetty
La Boheme, Terrigal
Terrigal Esplanade
FLOWERS AND PLANTS:
Flowerseekers. We love these gals! Sonja has created the beautiful flower magazine “Flowerseekers” and has recently opened up her very own florist in Wamberal.

The Local Leaf. Attached to Plain Janes, this little plant shop is filled with beautiful greenery and ceramics that will make you swoon.
Bushlands Nursery. On the main road in Erina Heights, this nursery has some amazing outdoor and indoor plants.

BEACH:
So many! Blue Bay is a cute, kid-friendly spot to swim. We also love North Avoca Beach. Pretty much anywhere from Norah Head to Avoca Beach is lovely.
WALK ADVENTURE:
Maitland Bay is stunning. It’s the Gordon’s Bay of the Central Coast. Wear your runners though...it’s a walk!
